as a hispanic american I would be 100% ok with getting profiled if it means getting rid of illegal aliens. I’ve been profiled all my life what’s the difference.

SB1070 does not promote racial profiling.
SB1070 does not target people by the color of their skin. that was hype of the Pro-illegal alien, open borders lobby.
SB1070 is Constitutional in Article 1 Section 3 and Article 4 Section 4.
The US Codes already empower states to enforce Federal immigration laws.
The DOJ encourages local police and state troopers to enforce Federal immigration laws.

What don’t people understand about the word illegal? Quit playing the race card and apply for citizenship and get naturalized the AMERICAN way!! If not, the get the f*ck out or get thrown in jail and if the US taxpayer is lucky, deported.
