ok, well besides that. He has a mind-set that is completely wrong for this country. he doesnt have any concern over the people that might actually need social security to keep from being out on the streets when they are forced into retirement by their employer or by an injury or old age…these things are whats destroying the country, not “liberals”

The gentleman from Ohio forgets that social security used to be an untouchable part of the federal government where funding is concerned. It was Ronald Regan’s administration that used the social security monies to fill the gap in the budget to make it not look as bad as it really was. Before this it was independently funded by social security tax alone, was in its own account that could be adjusted without concern for the federal budget. It was only when it was combined that it drained.
