LIsten Janet Incompetano is a large part of why the state of Arizona is the second worst in the nation from a financial position standpoint. Her qualifications DO NOT include the position she was put in. Blame Obama and the Dems in congress for putting her in a position she was not qualified for. Give her a break, she is busy tracking right wing citizens…you know, the “extremists” who express concerns about illegal immigration, increasing federal power, restrictions on firearms, abortion and the loss of US Sovereignty.
